An extraordinary aging of at least 100 months on the lees defines its depth, complexity, and refined finesse.
It reveals a brilliant straw-yellow hue with golden reflections and an exceptionally fine perlage. On the nose, notes of candied citrus, toasted hazelnut, and star anise unfold with precision and elegance. The palate is structured and vibrant, with a fresh, lively acidity and a long, persistent finish.
